Four Corners is a gourmet coffee company that makes coffee with the production of terroir theory. Terroir is a concept coined by the french in their wine making. It is a process that effects the taste of a certain product (wine, coffee, chocolate) depending on the climate, topography, and vegetation of a region. Terroir products are meant to be savored slowly, with the consumer being able to taste each distinguishing flavor affecting their palette.
